Returns or Damaged Merchandise

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, we will be happy to take it back and replace it or issue you a refund. Please contact us at 1-88-TEACHERS for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that we might ask you to email photographs of damaged or defective items. 


Drop Ship Returns Marked by Colored Truck 

Items shipped directly from one of our manufacturers can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Authorization for return is required. Restocking fees will be charged in accordance with the original manufacturer’s return policy, or a minimum of 15%. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns without an R.A. will not be accepted.
